Where We Ship

Gufumart ships to a wide range of countries globally. We currently ship to:

  • United States & US Territories: All US states, P.O. Boxes, all US military bases (APO/FPO addresses), American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
  • International Destinations: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Morocco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Nigeria, Pakistan, Poland, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, UAE, and the United Kingdom.

Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed, we get right to work! Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). During busy periods like major holidays, processing might take a little longer. We appreciate your patience during these times.

Estimated Delivery Times

After your order leaves our warehouse, here’s how long you can expect to receive it:

  • For US Products (shipping within the US): Typically delivered within 2-5 business days.
  • For Overseas Products (shipping within the US): Typically delivered within 5-10 business days.
    • Please note: Your order might contain items from both US and overseas warehouses, which could affect the total delivery time if products are shipped in separate consignments.
  • For International Orders (Standard Shipping):

  • These are estimated delivery times. Unexpected delays (like weather, customs inspections, or carrier issues) can occur that are beyond our control.
  • Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not considered business days.

Shipping Costs

Our shipping costs depend on your order’s total value and destination. You’ll see the exact shipping cost displayed at checkout.

  • Shipping within the US:
    • Orders over $50: Free Shipping
    • Orders under $50: Flat rate of $4.99
  • International Shipping:

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a shipment confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your order. It may take 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs Duties and International Taxes

For international orders, additional customs duties, import taxes, or fees may be levied by your country’s customs department. These charges are not included in Gufumart’s shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient. We advise you to contact your local customs office to inquire about potential charges before shipping.

Shipping Address Errors

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete during checkout. We are not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you’ll be responsible for additional shipping charges to reship it.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package hasn’t arrived within 7 days of its estimated delivery according to our tracking records, or if it arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team immediately at [Your Customer Support Email/Phone Number]. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please keep all original packaging for damaged items.

Multiple Shipments

To get your items to you as efficiently as possible, especially if your order contains products from different warehouses (US and overseas), your order may arrive in multiple shipments. You’ll receive a separate tracking number for each shipment.

Order Modifications/Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it. We process orders quickly, so we can only guarantee modifications or cancellations if requested within 12 hours of placing your order. After this window, your order may already be in the shipping process.
