Eligibility for Returns
- Strict 7-Day Return Window: You must initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving all items in your order. The 7-day return window begins on the day tracking shows your package was delivered. For orders that arrive in multiple shipments, the return window starts from the delivery date of the final package.
- Timely Shipment Back: Once your return request is submitted and approved, the item(s) must be shipped back to us within 7 days of the submission date to qualify for a full refund.
- Condition of Returned Items: All clothing items being returned must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- Have all original tags securely attached.
- Include the clear garment packaging with the SKU label visible.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid Gufumart order number is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)
To ensure hygiene and maintain quality standards, the following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:
- Beauty products
- Bodysuits
- Face masks
- Intimates/Lingerie
- Jewelry
- Swimwear
- Openpack Wholesale Orders
Items that do not meet the above eligibility criteria (e.g., worn, washed, missing tags, or returned outside the stated window) may be subject to a 20% restocking fee, or we may decline the entire return.
Refunds & Exchanges
- Refunds Only: We offer refunds exclusively to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Processing Time: Once your returned item is received and meticulously inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days from the day we receive the returned package. Please be aware that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
- No Exchanges: Please note that Gufumart does not offer exchanges of any kind. If you wish to receive a different size, color, or item, you will need to return the original item for a refund (if eligible) and then place a new, separate order for the desired item.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: Generally, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item(s).
- Exceptions: Gufumart will only cover return shipping costs if the return is a direct result of our error (e.g., you received a damaged item, a defective item, or the wrong item).
- Non-Refundable Original Charges: Original shipping and handling charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a shipping error or a damaged/defective item.

- If the item is damaged or incorrect, please attach clear photos as proof.
- Receive Instructions: Once we review your request, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to send your return. This will include the specific return address (our supplier’s warehouse).
- Ship Your Item(s): Carefully package your item(s) to prevent any damage during transit. You must ship them back to the provided address within 7 days of receiving your return instructions. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@gufumart.com
within 3 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the issue in your email. We will work swiftly to resolve the problem and will cover the return shipping costs for such cases.
